We provide a secure platform for storing and managing important information for your family, friends, colleagues, and other trusted individuals. With NotifyWorld, you can safely store critical documents related to insurance, banking, social media accounts, email, mobile devices, your last will, and other confidential information.
All documents are protected and remain inaccessible unless an unexpected event occurs. If you choose, selected documents can be shared in advance with trusted contacts during your lifetime — for example, copies of identification documents, passports, marriage certificates, or children’s birth certificates. Your essential documents are always available to you digitally, wherever you are.
NotifyWorld helps you organize and safeguard your legacy. In the event of an emergency, your trusted contacts can securely access the documents you have prepared, enabling them to manage your affairs responsibly and with confidence.

How does it work?
01 Register
Select one of the plans: Basic (Free), Regular or Premium. With Premium plan there is a 30-day Trial period. You can switch between subscriptions or cancel them anytime.
02 If you like it, tag it
Create your own personalized tag, as well as tags for your belongings, pets, and more. Each tag is a QR code, which you can download and print yourself or conveniently order through our shop, where it can be delivered to you on stickers, necklaces, keychains, or bracelets.
03 If you lose it, someone might find it
When someone scans your tag, you will be notified. You will get an Email and/or SMS
with the founder's message and a GPS location.
Tag description is translated in 75 languages so it can be easily read by anyone,
wherever you find yourself in the world.
04 Tag yourself
If something happens to you, your personal tag can show important medical information like allergies, blood type, and medical conditions. You choose what is shown on your public notify page. Your trusted contacts are notified when your personal QR code gets scanned.
05 Manage your contacts
Import relevant contacts from your phone or add them manually. Invite your closest contacts to be your trusted contacts. Trusted contacts are important as they get notified in case anything happens to you. Also, in case you forget password only your trusted contacts can help retrieve your encrypted documents.
06 Create or upload documents
The secret sauce of NotifyWorld are the documents. Use predefined templates to help
you organise and keep important information about your finances, insurance policies,
username/passwords, medical information, after-life instructions, goodbye letters
and many more.
All documents are protected by your password and NotifyWorld doesn’t store your
password anywhere! Nobody can read your documents but you! In case you forget your
password, your documents can only be retrieved through your trusted contacts.
07 After-Life document sharing
Unique feature of NotifyWorld is the after-life sharing! Documents you mark for after-life sharing will be shared with your selected contacts only after you are gone. Once all of your trusted contacts mark you as gone, after-life documents are released to your selected contacts.

Data Security
Our top priority is keeping your data safe.
End-to-end and zero-access encryption mean that no one (not even us) has the technical means to access your data.
Your data belongs to you. We cannot read or give anyone else access to your documents.
Your documents are encrypted with a secret token that is further encrypted with your password. Your password is not stored anywhere in our system. In case you forget/lose password, your documents can be retrived for you by your trusted contacts. It is a complex algorithm that makes sure that NotifyWorld operators can not, even theoretically, ever access your documents.
